The liquid cpu cooler with RGB fans and RGB ram are being controlled with iCue as the liquid cooler is using the corsair commander core module plugged directly into the USB on the mobo, and the ram has more lighting effects with iCue. Using the B550 MSI Carbon gaming motherboard. Dragon Gaming center first then the Intel Extreme Tuning utility setup files.I've recently updated my fully acrylic case PC with all the newer components! The bling these days! I've added ARGB fans, RGB ram, and RGB motherboard. I went to the directories holding the application and the Intel extreme tuning utility setup files and manually installed. I didn't use the setup file that came with the Dragon Gaming center installation package. I found that when uninstalling the original Dragon Gaming Center after it crashed the system that under safe mode the uninstall information held by MS uninstaller didn't actually uninstall the Extreme tuning utility that comes with the Dragon center/Dragon Gaming Center installation program.Which conflicted with trying to install the original Dragon gaming center which was seeing a newer version of the Intel Extreme tuning utility. I wondered if I went into safe mode and used regedit to delete every reference to Dragon Gaming Center and Dragon Center it might free up the confusion windows 10 was having to install the program. Well I have Dragon Gaming center v.0601 up and running again. Tried from suggestions from another forum Dragon Center v.1201 and it actually installed and worked for a few hours before crashing the system and a reboot.
Tried the suggestion in this forum to use this version of Dragon center (DragonCenterv.1201) but I got an error message that the installer won't work on 6th gen Intel but only 8th gen Intel.
This last version of Microsoft Windows will not accept the installer and gives a 1706 Error. To usually correct the situation I reboot into safe mode and remove the Dragon Center Gaming program and then reboot to reinstall Dragon Gaming center and its worked. When loading at startup the program starts to load tries to produce a warning screen but the system reboots before I have a chance to read what is displayed. Windows 10 seems to update on a regular basis but nearly every time it has updated since mid 2019 it breaks the Dragon Gaming Centerv.0601 on my MSI GT72s 6QE.
